• The research interest in my laboratory has been focused on biology and pathology of glial cells (oligodendroglia, astroglia, microglia and ependymal cells) in the central nervous system development and disease using a combination of genetic, molecular, cellular and proteomic approaches applied to both in vitro and in vivo models.
