The GGIP has been at the forefront of driving impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Committed to fostering a workplace environment that values diversity, GGIP has implemented various initiatives to promote inclusivity. From organizing regular training sessions on unconscious bias and intercultural communication to spearheading mentorship programs that support underrepresented groups, GGIP is dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates differences and ensures equal opportunities for all. Furthermore, the annual Summer DEI Symposium, a flagship event organized by GGIP, serves as a platform for insightful discussions and workshops on DEI topics, fostering awareness and understanding across the organization.
