GGIP Awards $50,000 in Fellowships to Students in Need

The Graduate Group in Integrative Pathobiology is proudly awarding five students - Sara Ali, Amin Cressman, Caleb Huntington, Kristina Wells, and Jenna Wong-Fortunato - with $10,000 fellowships (each) to support their continued research this summer.

Original Call for Applications:

"Good afternoon, GGIP students,

In light of the challenges many of us are facing, we want to extend a heartfelt offer of support. The group will be awarding multiple $10,000 fellowships to students in need this summer, to help you continue pursuing your academic and professional goals despite these uncertain times.

We understand how important it is to stay focused and motivated, and we want to ensure you have the resources you need to succeed. If you're interested in applying for this fellowship, please submit a one-page proposal outlining your plans for the summer, along with a letter of recommendation from your mentor to Diana (dsbond@ucdavis.edu) by 5 pm on May 16th. Need will be the top factor in the award ranking.
