Area of Research
- Dr. Pusterla's research goal is to investigate multiple facets of equine infectious diseases using novel and state-of-the-art laboratory tools. His role as a veterinarian and as a researcher is to support the equine industry by establishing reliable diagnostics for equine pathogens and by investigating their epidemiology in order to determine appropriate preventive measures.
